Common Sense Media rated ChatGPT for Teens an 'unacceptable risk'. Common Sense Media's assessment found that ChatGPT doesn't send alerts to parents when it should.

ChatGPT for Teens was introduced in August.
The Youth AI Safety Institute ran more than 4,000 prompts through accounts set up for users aged 13 to 17.
Testers found that conversations about suicidal ideation, self-harm, or disordered eating lasted as long as an hour without producing any parental notification.
The Document Foundation said in a blog post that LibreOffice will not add AI to its software for the foreseeable future. The latest version of LibreOffice, released in late August, contains no generative AI features.
