Course Platform is an online learning service: interactive courses on practical AI skills, a free preview lesson for every course, progress tracking, and verifiable certificates when you finish a course. The service is operated by the entity named at the bottom of this page.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Some features need an account (sign-up with email and password, or with Google). You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access.

You must provide an accurate email address — it's how we reach you about billing, certificates, and changes to these terms.

The first lesson of every course is free to everyone, with no account and no payment details. Full courses require an active subscription.

Paid plans (currently $19 per month or $149 per year) are governed by the Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy. The short version: the price you see is the price you're charged, and you can cancel anytime.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy course content, or share your account so others can access it;
• republish, resell, or redistribute course content, in whole or in part;
• misrepresent a certificate — for example claiming one you didn't earn, or altering what a verify page shows;
• attack the service: probing for vulnerabilities, interfering with other users, or bypassing access controls;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Breaking these rules can end your access. Where the law allows, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

The courses — text, interactives, artwork, and narration — belong to us and are licensed to you for personal learning while your access lasts. Work you create while taking a course (your prompts, your documents, your projects) is yours.

Completing every lesson in a course issues a certificate with a public verification link. Verification pages show only what an employer needs — the course, the holder, and the issue date — and work without a login. Certificates confirm course completion; they are not accredited qualifications or professional licenses.

Courses teach concepts and workflows. Courses that touch finance, accounting, tax, investing, or career decisions teach you how to work with AI tools — they do not give financial, tax, legal, or professional advice, and they don't replace a qualified professional who knows your situation. Decisions you make are yours.

We work hard to keep the service accurate, available, and worth your time — courses are fact-checked against the live tools they teach and re-verified on a cadence. But the service is provided "as is": we can't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every AI product we teach will keep working the way the course describes forever.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities). Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with an updated date. For material changes we'll give reasonable advance notice — by email if you have an account. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
