Refund Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Plain-language summary
- 14 days from your first charge: full refund, no questions asked.
- The refund button lives in your account — self-serve, no support ticket required.
- Renewed by accident? Tell us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.
- Certificates you've already earned stay yours, even after a refund.
- No retention tricks: we will never offer a freebie instead of the refund you asked for.
The summary is there to help you scan; the full document below is the operative version.
1. The 14-day promise
If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge, you get a full refund. No questions, no conditions, no "usage too high" carve-outs — if you ask within the window, the answer is yes.
2. How to request a refund
The refund button lives in your account under billing — self-serve, one tap, no support conversation required. (The account billing area launches together with paid checkout; until then, email hello@flossandpixel.com and a human processes it within 1 business day.)
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take up to 10 business days to appear.
3. Accidental renewals
Every renewal is preceded by a reminder email (see the Subscription Terms). If a renewal still catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
4. What happens after a refund
- Course access ends when the refund is processed — you got your money back, so the paid access it bought ends too.
- Certificates you already earned are yours permanently. They stay in your account and their public verify links keep working.
- Your progress is kept, so re-subscribing later picks up where you left off.
5. What we will never do
- Offer a "free month", a discount, or a freebie instead of the refund you asked for. You asked for money back, not a voucher.
- Make you call, chat, or email three times to get a refund.
- Hide the refund option behind retention screens or dark patterns.
6. Billing disputes
Every billing dispute is reviewed by a human. If you think a charge is wrong, email hello@flossandpixel.com — you'll get a reply within 1 business day. You can also dispute a charge with your bank, but talking to us first is usually faster: a self-serve refund doesn't need a bank's timeline.
